The location is great. Communication with property manager was good until we checked in. After check in there was no communication. The upstairs bedrooms were very warm due to very warm outdoor temps. Asked about a fan, sent two follow up messages; never got a response. Sent three messages over the course of a couple hours (4:30-6:00 timeframe). Downstairs kitchen has food splatter on the wall behind the stove. There is a mouse somewhere in the lower unit; woke up to mouse droppings on the kitchen countertops. Upstairs unit bathroom looks to have mold starting on the ceiling. Bedrooms are a bit cramped.
